This is a replacement band for my original Star Wars - Leia Organa Smartwatch band, and I'm super impressed by the help I received from customer service. My husband initially got me the original band for my birthday last year, but in the time I've worn it the loop began to tear and the kind and wonderful folks helped me get a replacement for it right away. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable. I love using it and showing it off to my fellow SW fan pals, so I think I may have turned them on to getting these really fun and cool bands. I recommend them and I give their customer service folks 5 stars!!!

The products are excellent. There are so many different designs and I like being able to quickly and easily swap out watch bands to match the clothes I am wearing, or my mood. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I had a small issue with one of my bands, not the band itself, but the small piece that keeps controls the excess band after tightening it. The customer service rep was professional and knowledgeable, and after explaining the issue I was having, they immediately sent me a replacement. I am impressed by the quality of the products, and the excellent customer service.

Seriously, I love these bands. They're so comfortable and the perfect length. I need them to make more for samsung watches. I have 3 others (draco, map, and slytherin) for android, but even with the adapter, it made them too long and loose for me to wear comfortably. I do hope they bring back other sold out bands and make them for samsung. I would take off a star for their small samsung selection but from my understanding they're expanding. [They're mostly aimed towards Apple but I hope they realize the untapped potential for samsung]
